Mark Abbs and Stephanie Wilde are currently taking part in The Pathfinder Accelerator, a programme created by Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). The Programme is intended to assist companies and start-ups in the life sciences and technology sector to develop novel ideas and determine their commercial viability. With the help of coaches and mentors, the businesses have the chance to test a new product or process to ensure it is fit for the market in a time and cost efficient way.

The Pathfinder Accelerator programme started on 15 November. OrganLike and seven other businesses and entrepreneurs are taking place in the programme which runs for 12 weeks.

The Programme combines weekly workshops sessions, masterclasses and one-to-one coaching sessions. Participating businesses also receive support from coaches and experts from a wide variety of industry expertise. The Programme culminates with a Dragon’s Den style pitching session to potential investors.

The Programme is delivered by The Leadership Factory and coaching is provided by UP Accelerator.
