Glasgow Science Centre is now displaying some of OrganLike’s surgical training models. We have produced models of the brain, aorta, and heart for their 3D printing display.

3D printing is an incredibly flexible manufacturing process with great potential for making highly customised models. The technology has far-reaching applications including bioprinting which aims to create real human organs in the future.

OrganLike produces hyper-realistic organs models for surgical training which are also ideal for the educational display at the Glasgow Science Centre. The display aims to highlight how 3D printing technology is used to help improve the quality of current surgical training practices.

We hope this resonates with attendees to show one way how STEM technologies can improve our lives.
